All items are made in a smoke-free home.

Payment must be completed in full before items are created and shipped.

All items are not shipped until payment as been received. This includes both Ready-to-Ship items and Custom Orders.

Current processing times from receipt of payment to ship is posted in each listing. Please contact me PRIOR to placing order to inquire about Rush Orders.

Please Note: All items currently ship from California.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in all items I make and sell, and my goal is for you to love your purchases as much as I loved creating them for you. Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.  

All items can be exchanged within five days of receipt (day of receipt as verified through delivery confirmation) as long as we are contacted within that five days. Please contact me to start the process.
